Terms of Service
finance.isaacjaime.com
Effective date: August 19, 2026 · Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of finance.isaacjaime.com and any related pages, forms, booking calendars, and communications (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”) operated by Conecta Canada Agency Ltd., operating as Scale & Wealth (“Scale & Wealth,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Consent to receive text messages is not part of this agreement. Accepting these Terms does not opt you in to SMS. Messaging consent is collected separately and is entirely optional — see Section 7.
2. Who we are
Scale & Wealth is the operating name of Conecta Canada Agency Ltd., a licensed financial services practice focused on three areas: Income Protection (life, disability, and critical illness insurance), Wealth Transfer, and AI-powered Systems.
We hold active insurance licences in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario (Canada) and Arizona (United States). We can only transact insurance business with residents of jurisdictions where we hold an active licence and the applicable carrier appointment. Submitting a form does not create an advisor-client relationship and does not guarantee that we are able to serve you.
Contact: Conecta Canada Agency Ltd., 100–2418 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5M 4T9, Canada · info@isaacjaime.com · (604) 787-0141
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or state, whichever is greater) to use the Services, submit a form, or consent to receive communications from us.
4. Nature of our content and services
Content on the Site is educational and informational only. It is not financial, insurance, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any product. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of insurance or a binding contract of insurance. Coverage exists only when an application has been submitted, underwritten, approved, and issued by the insurance carrier, and the applicable premium has been paid. No coverage is bound through the Site, by email, or by text message.
Product availability, pricing, and eligibility are set by the insurance carriers, not by us, and are subject to underwriting. Any figures, illustrations, or estimates discussed are illustrative and non-binding.
Scale & Wealth provides educational content. Consult a licensed advisor before making financial decisions.
5. Booking and appointments
If you book a discovery call or consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you cannot attend. We may send confirmations and reminders by email and — only if you have separately opted in — by text message. We may reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion.
6. Advisor recruiting — additional terms
If you apply through our advisor recruiting pages or forms, the following applies in addition to the rest of these Terms:
Scale & Wealth advisors are independent, licensed, commission-based contractors. This is not salaried employment and no income is guaranteed. Licensing is required and must be completed at the candidate’s expense.
- Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contractor relationship, an offer, or any promise of an offer.
- Licensing is a regulated process (LLQP in Canada outside Quebec; the AMF track in Quebec; state-specific Life & Health pre-licensing in the United States) and typically requires several weeks of unpaid study before any business can be written. Timelines and pass rates are determined by the regulator and the candidate, not by us.
- Contracting is further subject to carrier appointment, background and regulatory screening, and approval by World Financial Group (WFG) and the relevant carriers.
- We make no representation regarding earnings, typical results, or likelihood of success.
- Consenting to receive recruiting text messages is optional and is never a condition of being considered.
7. SMS / text messaging terms and conditions
This section governs all text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by or on behalf of Conecta Canada Agency Ltd. d/b/a Scale & Wealth. It is written to meet CTIA messaging principles and US carrier A2P 10DLC requirements, and Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL) where applicable.
7.1 Our messaging programs
We operate two messaging programs, both currently sent from +1 778-650-3023:
- Scale & Wealth Client Communications — appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to enquiries you initiated, requests for documents needed to complete an application, policy service and renewal notices, and occasional educational updates.
- Scale & Wealth Advisor Recruiting — follow-up on an application you submitted, interview and discovery call scheduling, licensing milestone reminders, and onboarding information.
Consent is collected separately for each program. You will only receive messages from the program you joined.
7.2 Consent is voluntary and is never required
You are never required to consent to text messages in order to:
- submit any form on the Site;
- book, attend, or complete a consultation;
- obtain a quote, apply for coverage, or purchase any product;
- apply to become an advisor or be considered for contracting.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, of service, or of consideration for any opportunity. You can decline messaging and still complete everything above. We collect messaging consent through a control that is unchecked by default and separate from your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
7.3 How to opt in
You may enrol by any of the following methods:
- Website form. On a form at finance.isaacjaime.com that collects your mobile number, tick the standalone, optional, unchecked-by-default consent box, then submit the form.
- Text a keyword. Text START (or JOIN or YES) to +1 778-650-3023.
- Verbally. Tell a Scale & Wealth representative during a call or meeting that you agree to receive text messages at a number you provide. We record the date, time, number, and the exact consent language in our CRM. (Verbal consent is used for transactional and conversational messages only.)
- In writing. Tick the equivalent consent box on a paper or electronic application, intake, or event form.
By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorised to consent for that number.
7.4 How to opt out — and how to opt back in
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We also honour STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. Keywords are not case-sensitive.
You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, after which we will send no further messages to that number.
- STOP stops all text messages from 778-650-3023. Because both of our messaging programs currently send from this single number, opting out ends text messages from both. If you want to leave one program but keep the other, email or call us and we will adjust it manually.
- Other channels are separate. Opting out of SMS does not unsubscribe you from email, and unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of SMS. Each has its own control. We will still be able to reach you by phone and email about anything you have active with us.
- Opting out costs you nothing. It does not affect your policy, your application, your candidacy, or your ability to work with us.
- To re-join, text START to (604) 787-0141 or tick the consent box again on any form.
You may also opt out at any time by emailing info@isaacjaime.com or calling +1 778-650-3023 with the mobile number you want removed.
7.5 HELP
Reply HELP to any message for assistance and our contact details, or contact us at info@isaacjaime.com / (604) 787-0141.
7.6 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Conversational replies are sent as needed; automated messages are limited to approximately 6 messages per month per program. Appointment reminders are sent only in relation to appointments you have booked.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
7.7 Carriers, delivery, and supported networks
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include, in the United States: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most regional and MVNO carriers; and in Canada: Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Freedom Mobile, and Vidéotron. Carrier support may change without notice.
7.8 Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, affiliate, or lead generator. Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to operate the messaging programs described above and are disclosed only to the service providers that transmit the messages on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
7.9 Do not send sensitive information by text
SMS is not a secure channel. Do not send social insurance or social security numbers, banking or credit card details, medical or health history, or government ID numbers by text. We will never ask you to. Use a phone call or a secure link instead.
7.10 Keeping your number current
Tell us promptly if you change or give up your mobile number so that messages are not sent to someone else. We may also remove numbers that appear to have been reassigned.
8. Email communications
If you provide your email address, you consent to receive email relating to your enquiry, application, policy, or candidacy. Commercial and educational email is sent only with the consent required by CASL (Canada) and CAN-SPAM (United States). Every commercial email contains a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address; unsubscribes are processed within ten (10) business days. Transactional and service messages relating to an active policy or application may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing email.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: provide false, stolen, or third-party contact information without authority; submit another person’s mobile number for messaging consent; use the Site to transmit malware, scrape data, or interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorised access to any system; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse service for any of the above.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, the Scale & Wealth name and logo, and all related materials are owned by Conecta Canada Agency Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.
11. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, insurance carriers, calendars, or payment or scheduling tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is complete, current, or accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conecta Canada Agency Ltd., its owners, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, and nothing limits any right you have against an insurance carrier under a policy issued to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conecta Canada Agency Ltd. and its representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of another person’s information without authority.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
Our licensing footprint (British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Arizona) is described in Section 2 and is separate from this clause. Holding a licence in a jurisdiction does not make that jurisdiction’s law the governing law of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting the messaging programs will be posted here before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
